Classic Punjabi Curry Sauce – Hot

1 jar of  Authentic Curry Base (Mild, Medium or Hot)

3 tins of chickpeas

2 medium sized potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes (optional)

Freshly chopped coriander

Fresh green chillies (optional)

Punjaban Pilau / Punjabi Rice

Punjaban Chapattis / Punjaban Naan Bread


In a saucepan add potatoes, Authentic Curry Base and the 3 tins of chickpeas.

Add the brine from 1-2 tins of chickpeas.

Bring to the boil and simmer until the potatoes are cooked.

Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and add freshy chopped chillies for extra heat!! (Optional)
