Free Standard Delivery on UK Mainland Orders over £40
(excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands).

Every effort is taken to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition. Each order is picked and packed by hand and we endeavour to dispatch your items as soon as possible.

Tracking your Order

When you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order is being dealt with and confirming your order reference number. We will then send you a second email to let you know when your package is on its way.

You will also receive a unique reference number allocated by the courier which will allow you to keep track of the delivery via the courier’s website.

Unless you are contacted by our sales team, your goods will be dispatched and delivered any time up until 6.00pm. 95% of orders are delivered within 5 – 7 working days of ordering (subject to stock availability and external forces beyond our control). If your order has not arrived within the estimated time then please contact our courier at https://www.dpd.co.uk/service/ quoting your unique reference number. Alternatively, you can contact Brambles  01858 461199 and they will do their upmost to track the parcel and ascertain an estimated delivery time on your behalf.

Costs

In order to ensure safe delivery of all our orders we use a trackable courier service. The single prices below allow you to order as much as you like up to 20 kilos in weight to one private UK address.

• UK Mainland Only excluding Northern Ireland – (excluding Highlands & Islands).
• Standard Delivery (5 working days) £5
• Next day delivery – Not available during Black Friday promotions (Orders placed by 10am on day prior to delivery). For Northern Scotland this service takes 2 working days. £7.95
• Orders over £40 Free

*Orders must be placed before 10am (Monday – Friday) to be delivered for the following day. Orders to Northern Scotland take 2 working days.

We hold the right to postpone this delivery method during busy periods.

95% of orders are delivered within 5 working days (may be longer during busy periods) of receipt of your order for standard delivery, subject to stock availability and external forces beyond our control. We cannot make deliveries on weekends.

Delivery Details

All orders are sent by overnight courier with deliveries Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8.00am until 6.00pm.

Our courier company will require a contact telephone number for the delivery address and a signature is normally required upon receipt for security.

If we are unable to leave your parcel satisfactorily then a card will be left providing contact details and how to track your parcel. Delivery will usually be attempted on the next working day. If you have specific delivery requirements or would not like your order to be left without a signature, please advise at the time of ordering.

Where possible we would advise taking delivery at a business premises where someone will be available throughout working hours.

It is your duty to ensure that either yourself or your gift recipient will be available to accept any order. We will attempt to deliver to the address and postcode as you have entered it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to incorrect address information.

General Information

Delivery Weights
Online orders cannot exceed 40kg in weight.

BFPO Addresses
We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses.

P.O. Boxes
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Incomplete or Inaccurate Address Information

All attempts will be made to deliver to the address and postcode as you have entered it. Bramble Foods Ltd is unable to accept liability for late or failed delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information. Please ensure all address details are accurate and correct to ensure prompt delivery.

Please note we do not deliver beyond the United Kingdom mainland, Highlands & Islands.

Returns

Opened goods

We will not accept returns of any goods that have been opened.

Damaged in Transit

If your order has been damaged in transit, please either telephone us 01858 461199 or email us with a note of your order number and an explanation/evidence of the damages. From there we will arrange to send replacements to you.

Mistakes with orders

If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact customer services 01858 461199 as soon as possible, if this is within 24 hours we may be able to rectify your order. If this time has passed, we may not be able to amend your order. Please ensure that your order is correct before confirming as errors will not be refunded.

Refunds

Please allow up to 14 working days, during busy times, to receive your money back for your refund.
