Keema Curry Sauce
No garlic, lots of ginger!
1 jar of Medium Keema Curry Base
400g Minced Lamb
Frozen garden peas
Fresh green chillies (optional)
Punjaban Pilau / Punjabi Rice Kit
Punjaban Chapattis / Punjaban Naan Bread
Brown approx. 400g minced lamb.
Add Punjaban Keema Curry Base and approx 1/8jar water.
Add a handful of garden peas.
Cook until the meat is fully cooked and the liquid has evaporated.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
Top tip: Replace minced lamb with quorn or minced turkey!
