Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
Chicken Dhansak! Scrumptious...
Punjaban Tikka Masala 2 jars
Chopped chicken 300g
Crème Fraiche or cream 2 dollops
Punjaban Tadka Dhal kit 1 kit
Fresh Coriander chopped finely
Make the Dhal Kit according to the instructions. If you want it stronger, add the following into the mix:
2 chopped chillies
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp garlic puree
Leave to simmer gently for at least 2 hours. If you need to add more water then do so and simmer down. Add freshly chopped coriander and leave.
Make the Tikka Masala according to the instructions on the jar. Add crème Fraiche or cream to create a creamy consistency.
Add a little of the Tadka Dhal to the tikka Masala. Cook together gently.
Leave to settle. Eat the next day with fresh naan bread or chapattis.
