Classic Punjabi Curry Sauce – Medium
The Ultimate Fakeaway...!
Punjaban Medium curry sauce 2 jars
Chicken thighs – chopped 500g
Onions 2 roughly chopped
Tomato can ½ can (optional)
Freshly chopped coriander 1 bunch
Rapeseed oil 2 tbsp
Ginger puree 1 tsp
Garlic puree 1 tsp
Heat the oil in a large pan.
Add the fresh onion and fry for about 1 min
Add the ginger and garlic puree and fry for about 1 min
Add chicken and fry for about 2 mins
Add 1 jar of the Punjaban curry sauce (blitz if you want a smooth consistency) and a handful of fresh coriander
Continue simmer and add the 2nd jar and the tomatoes (fresh or tin)
Continue cooking till chicken is cooked and serve with rice.
