The Butter Chicken Base has been perfected using large pieces of onion and tantalising spices. Charlie has created this recipe without using butter. Add as much or as little as you like for a wonderful buttery taste! Why not stir in a dollop of crème fraîche to create a creamy texture?

How to use

Step 1: Pour Punjaban into a pan

Step 2: Add approximately 600g of cooked or uncooked chicken, meat or vegetables, plus 1/4 jar of water.

Step 3: Simmer until ingredients are cooked and then serve with rice, Punjaban naan or Punjaban chapattis.
