Ingredients

Tomatoes (48%), Onion (36%), Rapeseed Oil, Cranberry Juice (4%) (Water, Cranberry Juice from Concentrate, Sugar, Thickener:Pectin; Vitamin C, Vegetable and Fruit Concentrates: Carrot, Cranberry; Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides), Natural Flavouring), Cranberries (2%), Salt, Paprika, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Ground Coriander, Coriander Leaf, Cumin Seeds.

How to use

Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add Punjaban and 1/8 jar water, bring to simmer.

Step 2

Add approx. 300g turkey or chicken. Simmer till chicken fully cooked.

Step 3 OPTIONAL

Gently stir in 1 tbsp of cream or yogurt to create Punjaban Boxing Day curry.
